Gas automatic relief valve, gas relief valve, safety relief valve
The automatic gas relief valve is a safety device used to adjust the pressure in the gas system to ensure the stable operation of the system. The valv...
See DetailsFirst inspection after one week of operation
1. Check the blockage degree of the filter element;
2. Check the external leakage of the pressure regulating cabinet (station);
3. Check the outlet pressure of the pressure regulator.
Monthly routine inspection
1. Use a leak detector or soapy water to check for external leakage;
2. Observe the pressure recorder or outlet pressure gauge to check the outlet pressure;
3. Check whether the cut-off valve tripping mechanism can work properly and whether it is tight after cutting off and closing;
4. Observe the filter differential pressure gauge. According to the cleanliness of the gas, regularly arrange to clean or replace the filter element and drain and discharge sewage. (Note: When cleaning or replacing the filter element, the inlet and outlet valves must be closed and the pressure must be released before operation.)
5. Check whether the pressure regulating cabinet (station) has external force or other damage.
Regular inspection and maintenance every 3 to 6 months
1. It is recommended to check the closing pressure of the pressure regulator once every 6 months;
2. It is recommended to check the release pressure and cut-off pressure once every 6 months;
3. It is recommended to clean and maintain the parts in the pressure regulator every 6 months and replace the wearing parts in time;
4. If the pressure regulator and pipeline are peeling, repaint them in time.
Note: Before maintenance, close the inlet and outlet valves and combine the pressure before disassembly and maintenance. After maintenance, an air tightness test should be carried out, and it can be ventilated and used only after passing the test!
