See DetailsDebugging of pressure regulating equipment:
(i) Set the pressure, follow the principle of high to low, and proceed step by step, namely: cut-off pressure--release pressure--working pressure.
(ii) After the pressure is set, it is necessary to test its closing pressure and verify its performance to see if it meets the required value.
(iii) The outlet valve can be opened only after the pressure setting meets the requirements. Before that, the outlet valve must not be opened to prevent accidents.
(iv) Precision instruments should be protected to prevent large pressure fluctuations and damage to the instruments.
(V) During the commissioning of the "l pressure regulating equipment, if uninterrupted gas supply is required. The pressure should be manually controlled through the bypass first, and the pressure regulating valve should be controlled with one hand. Hold the pressure gauge with one hand and observe the pressure changes at all times to keep the outlet pressure within the required pressure range. After the pressure setting of the pressure regulator is completed, slowly open the outlet valve of the pressure regulator. After the pressure regulator is supplied with gas normally, close the bypass valves.
(VI) If the pressure regulator adopts 2+0 one open and one closed type, both lines need to be debugged, open one line and close one line (spare). The air pressure between the inlet and outlet valves should be released in the spare line to avoid the pressure regulator diaphragm and spring being compressed and causing fatigue.
(VII) If the pressure regulator uses two-way automatic switching for gas supply, the pressure parameters need to be set according to the main and auxiliary lines, and then the inlet and outlet valves of the two lines are kept in full open state. The automatic switching has high requirements on the performance of the pressure regulator. Generally, the pressure stabilization accuracy is ≤2.5%. The closing accuracy is ≤10.
Inspection of automatic Switching: Increase the main pressure (simulate a fault) so that the main pressure is too high and the shut-off valve is activated, the main gas is cut off, the gas supply is stopped, and the secondary line can be observed whether the gas supply can be started at the set pressure. After passing the inspection, reset the main shut-off valve and adjust the main pressure regulator pressure to the original set value. In this way, after the pressure of the main and secondary pressure regulators is set, the main gas supply is the main one and the secondary is the standby. When the main line fails, the secondary pressure regulator starts automatically to realize uninterrupted continuous gas supply. This method is often used in key public welfare and industrial and commercial gas supply.
(VIII) Debugging of series monitoring regulators Most series monitoring of regulators adopts passive monitoring, that is, the monitoring regulator is in the fully open state.
1. First check whether the pressure signals of the two pressure regulators (or controllers) are correct. If the pressure signal tubes are connected after the working pressure regulator, they are correctly connected.
2. Press the pressure regulating springs of the two pressure regulators to *Tighten the pressure regulating spring of the front pressure regulator (monitoring pressure regulator) to make the pressure of the rear stage reach the cut-off pressure, and debug the cut-off valve.
3. Debug the relief valve.
4. Loosen the pressure regulating spring of the front pressure regulator (monitoring pressure regulator) to make the intermediate pressure reach the outlet pressure setting value + 10% or so.
5. Loosen the pressure regulating spring of the rear pressure regulator (working pressure regulator). Make the pressure of the rear stage reach the outlet pressure setting value (at this time, the intermediate pressure will rise to equal the inlet pressure).
Note: This debugging should be carried out under the state of large outlet flow.
(IX) After the pressure regulator is debugged, use a foaming agent to check each interface and the places that have been loosened during the debugging process to see if there is any gas leakage.
